About
A runtime for the transaction, not a room for its documents.
Apokto runs the entire private-capital transaction — diligence, Q&A, bids, committee, close, and everything after it — in one neutral, cryptographically verifiable record. Not a data room. A runtime.
What we’re building
Firms run one transaction across four or five disconnected systems today.
A data room holds documents. A separate Q&A tool holds diligence questions. A third system runs committee. A fourth handles close and capital calls. The same numbers get re-keyed between all of them, and no single record can prove to an outside party that the process was run fairly. Apokto puts diligence, Q&A, bids, committee, close and post-close work in one record instead, with every counterparty and advisor working from scoped seats rather than shared logins or side channels.
How we work
A few operating principles, not a mission statement.
Show the mechanism
A claim we can't point to a real control for doesn't ship. If it's on the site, there's a lease, a hash or a policy behind it.
Neutral by construction
Buyer, seller, counsel, bankers and accountants sit in the same record on purpose. Neutral isn't a policy we promise — it's what scope walls and shared custody make structurally true.
One record, every party
A deal run across four disconnected tools re-keys the same numbers four times. We'd rather build the tedious plumbing once than ask a deal team to reconcile it by hand.
Who it’s for
Four people have to say yes to run a deal on it.
Deal Partner
Wants the number, sourced, before committee — not a slide deck built the night before.
Deal Ops
Runs the fan-out, the redactions, the DDQ — and needs it provable to a losing bidder's counsel.
Security & Compliance Review
Needs the architecture and custody model before the first call, not after signature.
Fund Operations
Shouldn't have to re-key a close into a capital call by hand.
