Careers
We’re building the infrastructure serious capital runs its transactions on.
That means custody and cryptographic verification that has to hold up under a hostile audit, and deal workflow that has to hold up under a live committee meeting. Both are unforgiving in their own way.
What that means day to day
Four kinds of problems, roughly.
Platform and custody
The six custody modes, lease-gated decrypt, and the hash-chained record every action writes to — the parts of the system that have to be provably correct, not just fast.
Deal workflow
Diligence, Q&A, bids, committee, close and capital calls across twelve transaction types, built so a close event can generate a capital call instead of someone re-keying it.
Kurt
The scoped-to-one-deal assistant that drafts memos and Q&A with citations, and says so in writing when a request would cross a wall it can't see across.
Deal-side design and ops
Turning how diligence, auctions and closes actually run into software a deal partner, counsel and fund ops can all read the same way.
Open roles
There’s no public job board yet.
We’re a small team and we’re hiring directly rather than through a careers board right now. If the problems above sound like the ones you want to work on — on the platform and custody side, the deal-workflow side, or elsewhere in the business — send us a note about what you’d want to work on and a bit about your background.
